Step 1: Select your hours of coverage

Headshot stations for your event can be booked hourly. Consider your event schedule and the number of people needing headshots. Then, decide on the amount of coverage you require. Each headshot station can usually accommodate up to 20 people per hour.
Headshot Station $250/hr
The headshot station includes all images in high resolution delivered via an online complete gallery of images.

Instant Individual Delivery $600
Participants receive a unique gallery of their own images within minutes of being photographed. We take care of hosting, delivering, and support for all your participants.
Basic Retouching for all Headshots $125/hr of coverage time
Attendees receive basic retouching on all images delivered. Includes blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening.
Enhanced Retouching $25/image
​Individual headshots are hand-retouched, going beyond basic corrections. This service includes stray hair removal, glare reduction on eyeglasses, and wrinkle and lint removal.
Social Media Content $250/hr of coverage
A dedicated member of our team captures social media-friendly content for your marketing team. Vertical video format, high quality BTS footage, and photos all delivered in raw for your marketing team.
Event Recap Photography and Videography request a quote
In additional to social media, if you need a professional video recap of your event and some ready-to-go marketing material media for your website this is what you want.
